1. Books will continue to be signed when ordered through this site. If you want your book personalized, please indicate a name or other personalization in the "note to seller" box on the checkout page.

2. USPS rates have gone up again, with different classes increasing July 1 and July 14. Within the United States, a shipping rate of $8.00 now applies for each book ordered; books will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail in a beautiful custom protective mailer.

3. Shipping to Canada is subsidized to help a little bit; this book is very heavy and international shipping is expensive. Buyers in Canada will be charged a reduced rate of US$50.00 for USPS Priority Mail International service (one book). Two books can be shipped for US$65.00. These shipping rates do not include any GST or other taxes that may be due upon delivery. If you are happy with UPS service in your area, please contact me - there may be a lower-cost option using UPS.

4. Please inquire about shipping if you are outside of North America. Be advised that this book is very expensive to ship internationally. UPS seems to be the most cost-effective option; in the countries I have checked, the shipping rates are from US$50 to US$70, excluding any taxes that may be due upon delivery.
